The president and founder of the company, Reba Morgan Osborne knows first-hand the challenges of 'temporary times of terror,' raising three children as a single mom. Reba has a master’s degree in social work from the University of South Carolina and brings over 20 years management and resource development skills to ensure the success of the company’s mission.
Reba has an extensive background in working with special populations and with non-profit agencies. She served as the state transition coordinator in the South Carolina Governor’s Office of Developmental Disabilities and served on the board of directors for a statewide children immunization project in South Carolina. In addition, she has experience working in nursing homes and psychiatric hospital settings.
In Illinois, Reba has served as the executive director of an adult literacy agency and the director of development for an agency serving clients with physical disabilities.
